Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent 2 to lead on-site field operations on client projects across the United States. The first project is in northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contract management, and sharp adherence to drawings and specifications. This role requires strong communication with project teams, daily reporting, and coordination of trades while maintaining on-site records per CDM Smith standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings intent.
• Ensures work adheres to project schedule and escalates delays.
• Writes Daily/Quality Inspection Reports and reviews with site lead.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports and ensures latest design revisions are used.
• May assist Project Construction Manager on projects and coordinate trades.
