Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and drawing conformance.
• Keeps project schedule on track and flags delays to management.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for records.
• Maintains on-site records and uses latest design revisions.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
