Job summary

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Superintendent I to manage day-to-day field operations in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This role includes coordinating subcontractor activities, maintaining quality standards, and tracking project schedules.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in construction or related fields, along with supervisory experience. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and technologies is essential. The position offers a target salary range of $100-120k along with a variety of benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience as a construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Comprehensive understanding of cost control and scheduling.
• Ability to conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs and track project completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily subcontractor, foremen, and self-perform activities.
• Monitor project schedules and critical dates.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
