Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Proven record of success on mid-sized ($1-5M) or multiple small projects.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily subcontractor and self-perform activities.
• Monitor detailed master schedule and create two-week look ahead.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, and developers.
