Qualifications
5+ years of supervisory experience as a construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
Proven record of success on mid-sized ($1-5M) or multiple small projects.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily subcontractor and self-perform activities.
Monitor detailed master schedule and create two-week look ahead.
Build relationships with clients, architects, and developers.
