Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Field Assistant Superintendent in Denver to join an extraordinary project team. You will work with the project team to sequence work, supervise subs, and help ensure safe, on-time project execution.

The role requires a college degree or relevant experience, familiarity with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and related tools, and a commitment to Beck’s safety standards. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in construction, strong communication, and the ability to learn Lean

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant construction experience and ability to develop daily reports.
• College degree or relevant field experience; internship is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC and Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction documents, plans and specifications.
• Supervise workforce and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and quality standards met.
• Assist with schedule development and field engineering tasks.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Reports and participate in Lean practices.
