Job summary

The Beck Group in Dallas seeks a Field Assistant Superintendent to join a project team, coordinating with subcontractors to sequence work and ensure safe, efficient execution. You will assist with schedule adherence, document control, and field engineering tasks while upholding Beck values and Lean principles.

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of experience or a related internship, a relevant degree, and familiarity with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit; strong teamwork and communication are

Qualifications

0-3 years of relevant construction experience or internship preferred.
College degree or relevant field experience.
Experience with project documentation and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

Interpret construction documents, plans and specifications.
Assist with schedule development and adherence for respective scopes of work.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team; review RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
Develop and maintain Daily Reports.
Identify Lean Construction practices and promote safety compliance per Beck policies.
Utilize Bluebeam and construction tech tools in field operations.
