You will lead a technical team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and drive project oversight in a unionized environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 5+ years of technical leadership, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement manpower selection, training and performance appraisal to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage scheduling of repairs and parts; track costs, safety training, and vendor issues.
• Support sales in estimating service orders, scheduling, and resolving customer complaints.
