Job summary

A leading elevators and escalators company is seeking a Field Superintendent in Atlanta, GA. You will manage field technicians and ensure the successful installation of modernization projects. The ideal candidate should have technical experience in the elevator industry or three years related experience. Strong communication skills and supervisory experience are preferred. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 3 years of technical experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred.
• Must have ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage field technicians in day-to-day operations of elevator modernizations.
• Assess scope of work and manpower requirements for projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.

Skills

Technical experience in elevator industry

Supervisory experience with unionized workforce

Education
