Job summary

Cantera Concrete Company seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on Tulsa projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and timely completion. You will supervise the on‑site labor force, coordinate logistics, and actively manage safety, quality, and client service.

The role requires 4 years of construction and 3 years of concrete experience, with strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. On‑site, travel as needed, and overtime are expected.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of construction experience
• Three (3) years of concrete experience
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required
• CPR preferred but not required
• First Aid preferred but not required
• ACI Concrete Testing Technician preferred but not required
• ACI Concrete Flatwork Technician preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise field labor force and coordinate day‑to‑day site activities
• Promote safety culture and ensure a safe workplace
• Manage project schedules, manhours, and costs
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet schedule
• Maintain accurate site drawings, RFIs, and daily reports
• Mentor crews and liaise with Project Manager on logistics and permits
