Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in project execution for a large Self-Perform General Contractor, a strong understanding of construction practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This role involves developing project plans, engaging teams, and ensuring project goals are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information.
