Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent (Construction) to lead field operations on our Tulsa-area projects. You will drive productivity, safety, and quality, supervise personnel, manage schedules, and coordinate with the project team and subcontractors to deliver concrete structures on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role on jobsites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze jobsite productivity, quality and safety initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook).
• Knowledgeable of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the office area.

Responsibilities

• Assures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives.
• Supervises hiring, training, job assignment, promotion, transfers, layoffs and terminations for field personnel.
• Manages personnel development and activities to maximize efficiency of workforce.
• Assists the project team in establishing steps and adapts schedules and tasks accordingly.
• Troubleshoots and resolves constructability concerns with the project team.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure future projects.
• Assists with development and coordination of material/equipment schedules.
• Performs special projects and other duties for organizational support.
