Job summary

The Superintendent will manage on-site activities for Tulsa, OK construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedules, and compliance with plans. You will lead subcontractors, vendors, and field labor, enforcing drawings and specifications.

Requirements: 5–8 years in commercial/industrial construction, 2+ years as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent; able to read blueprints; proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, ConstructConnect, Quick Bid, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• 2+ years as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency with field management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Construct Connect, Quick Bid, MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations and productivity.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field labor.
• Enforce adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules; monitor progress.
• Maintain safety documentation and enforce OSHA standards.
• Provide daily logs and report issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist with RFIs and submittals as needed.
