Job summary

HireReady Partners seeks a Concrete Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial concrete construction projects in the Tulsa area. The role involves traveling between job sites, reporting to the company headquarters, and leading field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial concrete, strong leadership, plan-reading, and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience (required).
• Strong reading of plans, specs, and shop drawings.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, field reporting, and safety enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial concrete projects from field operations to project closeout.
• Supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling.
• Review plans and shop drawings for accurate execution and anomalies.
• Monitor progress and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA policies.
• Coordinate concrete placements, formwork, rebar, finishing, and curing.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Communicate progress, delays, and issues with Project Managers.
