Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with a focus on communication, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision‑making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time‑management skills to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
