Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with integrity and excellence. You will act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include managing slab, block, and framing operations, leading subcontractors, site inspections, safety compliance, and coordinating deliveries while communicating progress to project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites (slab, block, framing) per plans and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability and maintain a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and local building codes.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Provide updates and reports to project managers and clients.
