Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to foster strong relationships.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites (slab, block, framing) to meet plans and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring safety and high-quality work.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews; address issues proactively.

• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.


• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
