Job summary

Leola Construction is a residential shell construction company seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee our residential sites with integrity and excellence. You will coordinate slab, block and framing work, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and lead a team to deliver high quality results.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accountability, and a drive to grow professionally, with comprehensive training provided even if some technical aspects are new to you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction or related field.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
• Understanding of safety protocols and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors and employees to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites including slab, block and framing activities.
• Lead subcontractors, maintain high quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage for efficiency.
• Provide detailed updates and reports to project managers and clients.

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
