Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with integrity and excellence, coordinating slab, block, and framing activities.

You will lead subcontractors, ensure safety on site, and communicate progress to project managers and clients. A background in residential construction and strong leadership are preferred to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to support project success.
• Oversee daily residential construction operations on slab, block, and framing activities per plans and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability to ensure high-quality work and safe sites.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, addressing issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and building code compliance.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to maintain efficiency.
• Communicate updates to project managers and clients with clear reports.

Here’s Why You’d Be a Great Fit:

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
