Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with strong communication and accountability. This role focuses on slab, block, and framing activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet plans, budgets, and schedules.

You will conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and maintain proactive reporting to clients and project managers. A driver’s license is required, and OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to support project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites including slab, block, and framing activities.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability to ensure high-quality work and safe job sites.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and local building codes while managing time to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources.
• Provide detailed updates to project managers and clients to maintain transparency.
