Job summary

Leola Construction, a residential shell construction company, seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee our residential sites with integrity and excellence. The role focuses on strong communication, accountability, and a growth mindset for professional development.

You will act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, oversee daily site operations, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across slab, block, and framing activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering relationships for project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites, managing slab, block, and framing to meet plans, schedules and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, using time management to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports.
