Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for Commercial Roofers and Foremen with experience in low-slope commercial roofing systems to join our Production team in Crete, IL. Starting pay is $25/hour with year-round work and full-time benefits.

Join a long-standing exterior remodeling company serving Chicagoland and nearby regions. Candidates should be skilled in BUR, TPO, EPDM, and other roof systems, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing is required.
• Experience with low-slope commercial roof systems is preferred.
• Experience with repair and maintenance of multiple roofing systems is important.
• Able to safely operate roofing tools and equipment and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems.
• Use roofing tools safely and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements and communicate with the team.

M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring Commercial Roofers and Foremen with experience in low-slope commercial roofing.

Starting pay: $25/hour Year-round work available

If you have experience working on commercial roof systems and want steady work with an established company, we’d like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installation
• Work on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systems
• Remove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing work
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and other team members
• Work professionally around customers and on active job sites
• Perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs. regularly
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

• Previous commercial roofing experience
• Experience with low-slope commercial roof systems
• Experience with repair and maintenance of multiple roofing systems
