Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a field engineer for a Lake Charles LNG project. You will support work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety/quality control, and system turnover coordination on a major industrial site.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–9 years of relevant experience in heavy industry, oil/gas, or LNG construction, with proficiency in common MS Office tools and project controls software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction and LNG projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry codes, vendor procedures, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares construction drawings and interfaces in planning methods.
• Manages field material requisitions and quantity takeoffs.
• Verifies quantities in tracking systems and databases.
• Supports safety/quality control and ensures PPE usage.
• Develops understanding of system turnover and package development.
• Reviews submittals and coordinates subcontractor inspections.
