Worley is seeking a Structural Steel Coordinator to lead civil and structural field activities on major projects. Based in Cameron, LA, you will align field execution with design intent, safety standards, and schedule goals.

This role requires coordinating forepeople and crews, guiding problem resolution, and ensuring quality throughout construction. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address field challenges, mentor junior staff, and promote sustainable construction

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating or supervising civil works within energy, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to manage field activities in alignment with engineering and project execution requirements.
• Strong understanding of civil and structural construction methodologies, sequencing, and QA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, execution, and supervision of civil and structural construction activities to align with project objectives and schedules.
• Provide daily leadership to fore people and trade crews, ensuring productivity, technical quality, and HSE compliance.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.
• Monitor progress, material usage, and manpower to optimize resources and timelines.
• Support sustainable construction methods to advance Worley’s environmental commitments.
• Ensure work follows design drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct field inspections and quality audits to verify compliance and address risks.
• Mentor junior team members and apprentices, promoting a learning culture in the field.
• Communicate progress, risks, and corrective actions to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements in construction methods and tools.
