Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Field Engineer - Civil/Structural to lead field engineering on major energy, chemicals, and resources projects. You will translate design intent into on-site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across construction activities.

Based at project sites, you will interpret drawings and documentation, advise on field changes, support constructability reviews, and mentor junior engineers while driving engineering excellence and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with Civil/Structural emphasis.
• 7+ years with degree, or 12+ years with trade Qualification.
• Experience in civil/structural construction on industrial/large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide field engineering leadership for civil/structural construction across project phases.
• Interpret drawings, specs, calculations for construction execution.
• Evaluate field conditions and propose practical engineering solutions.
