Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee civil and structural construction activities to meet project objectives and schedules.
• Provide daily leadership to forepeople and trade crews ensuring productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and QA to resolve field issues.
• Monitor progress, material usage, and manpower to optimize resources.
• Support sustainable construction practices in line with Worley's commitments.
• Ensure work aligns with design drawings, specs, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct field inspections and quality audits to identify risks and deviations.
• Mentor junior team members and apprentices on site safety and procedures.
