Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior construction leader to manage and direct construction activities in complex projects. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and cost control while coordinating with engineering, procurement and project controls teams to deliver on contractual requirements.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to translate project objectives into executable construction plans with a strong focus on client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant construction and project experience in leadership roles.
• Experience managing construction activities on smaller or less complex projects or significant scopes within larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and construction management leadership for assigned projects.
• Drive safe execution and reinforce a culture of safety and quality.
• Coordinate construction execution with engineering, procurement and project controls; ensure alignment with schedule and budget.
