Job summary

Worley is seeking a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist IV to lead and manage construction activities on major projects in Cameron, Louisiana. You will translate project objectives into executable construction plans, driving safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, collaboration across disciplines, and strong leadership of field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• You will hold a university degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant construction and project experience.
• Experience managing construction activities on smaller projects or large scopes within bigger projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and construction management leadership for assigned projects.
• Plan construction objectives and define execution strategies to meet them.
• Drive safe execution and reinforce a culture of safety and quality.
• Manage activities to meet scope, schedule, budget, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate construction with engineering, procurement, controls, quality, safety, and commissioning.
• Develop clear priorities and provide leadership to construction teams.
