Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Specialist, Field Strategy and Performance in Sterling, VA to serve as the data and reporting backbone for the Field Operations team. You will gather metrics, maintain dashboards, and drive administrative and analytical tasks to align operations with the field strategy.

You’ll collaborate with regional leadership, IT, HR, Safety, and project teams to deliver insightful performance materials and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management or related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business operations and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Field Operations KPI framework across the strategic pillars.
• Update, validate, and deliver real-time dashboards and monthly materials.
• Analyze regional data trends for leadership discussions.
• Coordinate data across Field Quality, HR, IT and regional teams.
• Track and optimize cross-functional project workflows.
• Support intake for field-driven innovation pipeline.
• Track deployment of enterprise initiatives and collect field feedback.
• Gatekeep and prioritize incoming field data requests.
