Rosendin is seeking an Human Resources Partner to serve as the field-connected HR partner for a defined client group. You will manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coach leaders on development and engagement while aligning with Rosendin policies.

You'll collaborate with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to deliver practical HR solutions, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance across the client group. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and investigations.
• Experience coaching managers and delivering performance-related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution and documentation.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions, including performance and termination.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Onboard new people managers into Rosendin's HR practices and collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs.
