Rosendin is seeking a Lead, Business Process to analyze, document, and improve business processes, boosting operational efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, translate requirements into technical specs, and support system enhancements. This role emphasizes data accuracy, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations or related field.
• 7–10 years in operational, business process management, compliance, training, or support roles.
• Total work experience at least 7 years; education/experience combo accepted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and design system solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs and support system design.
• Support system implementation including configuration and data migration.
• Develop test plans and document defects to ensure quality.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot business systems.
• Create dashboards and reports (Power BI) to drive decisions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Support analytics strategy and data integrity across systems.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives.
