Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Support within Asset Protection to lead a team delivering tools, resources, and solutions for field protection. The role bridges CSC and field teams to enable adoption, measure impact, and reduce shrink across front store and pharmacy.

Together with operations and supply chain partners, you will translate business needs into scalable programs, monitor trends, and drive improved field execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action.
• Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team to enable field Asset Protection.
• Own the myAP Health Program, including platform oversight and success measurement.
• Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and drive its evolution.
• Monitor shrink trends and mitigate loss across front store and pharmacy.
• Define the strategic approach for District Asset Protection Leaders to prioritize stores.
• Drive the Operational Excellence program measures and accountability.
• Lead the Priority Store Program and provide structured support to stores.
• Define and track program success metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborate with field operations, store operations, pharmacy operations, and supply chain.
• Partner with internal Asset Protection teams to design solutions for the field AP organization.
• Translate business needs into scalable programs and tools.
• Drive accountability around field execution and program adoption.
• Shape communication strategy across Asset Protection.
