Job summary

Public Storage is seeking motivated Property Managers to work independently at multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies, perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent, and handle payments including reminders and collections as needed.

Applicants should be comfortable driving between locations, performing cleaning and maintenance, and walking/reaching in various environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to upsell packing and moving supplies when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability.
• Assist customers with storage needs and upsell supplies.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist with payments, reminders, and collections when required.
• Travel between multiple locations and perform duties both indoors and outdoors.
