Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service industries).
• Ability to assess customer needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Travel between different locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance of interiors and exterior grounds.
