Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to operate independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and ensure inventory readiness for rentals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations; spend time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rentals.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
