Job summary

Attentive Care is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to join our team in the Capital District. This full-time role focuses on supporting field caregivers, coordinating scheduling and ensuring compliance with agency standards. The ideal candidate will manage timesheets, assist with pre-billing and insurance authorizations, and provide administrative support to improve client services.

Strong organization and communication are essential. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HHAeXchange is a plus.
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred, though training may be provided.
• Previous homecare or healthcare office experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

This position focuses onsupporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizationsto ensure our clients continue receiving quality care.

This is afull-time position, Monday through Friday,8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position Overview

The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
