Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and identify patient and collect needed information.
• Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for testing per SOP.
• Package and prepare specimens for shipping and tracking.
• Assist with payments, portal support, and CRM tasks.
• Manage supplies and respond to client inquiries as needed.
