Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail and/or sales.
• 1–3 years of lottery experience.
• Good communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Organize and train store managers and clerks on lottery equipment.
• Act as a liaison between Retail Solutions and lottery customers.
• Assist with SCiQ project rollout preparation.
• Conduct and review pre-implementation documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
