Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead Field Solutions operations in Avon Lake, OH. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of hazardous waste and high-risk service activities, oversee budgets and scheduling, and act as the primary liaison with customers.

The role requires 4–5 years in field services or environmental solutions, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in field services, waste, or environmental solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Field Solutions department in day-to-day operations, in accordance with RCRA, DOT, and OSHA compliance regulations.
• Analyze facility budget requests, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement while identifying areas for cost reductions and program improvements.
• Act as a liaison and representative to internal and external customers.
• Handle and generate all required federal documents, recognition of compatibility and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials per USEPA and DOT regulations.
• Supervise end-to-end job processes: quotes, scheduling, labor/equipment coordination, invoicing, and project completion.
• Mentor and develop department staff to support growth and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales, Lab Pack & Transportation teams, and facilities for performance.
• Maintain a strong safety track record and promote safe work practices.
