Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to oversee field staff and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers. The role reports to the Field Office and travels to projects in the region with end-of-day return to the office.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, enforcing safety, informing clients of progress, and handling labor and materials documentation for billing.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years hazardous waste field experience (required).
• Must be clean shaven to don respirator (safety requirement).

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices.
• Supervises site crew to ensure work aligns with specifications and is efficient.
• Oversees crew safety and proper use of safety equipment.
• Keeps customers informed of progress and maintains good relations.
• Tracks labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for billing and reporting.
• Serves as backup for crew as needed.
• Supervises emergency response teams as needed.
• Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team.
