Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Field Solutions Manager to lead and oversee Field Solutions operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of hazardous waste and high-risk services. You’ll drive operational excellence, supervise end-to-end job processes, and monitor financial performance across multiple service lines.

The role requires 4–5 years in field services, strong communication, and a track record in safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 4–5 years of relevant field services experience.
• Previous experience in field services, waste, or environmental solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze information and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Field Solutions department in day-to-day operations, in accordance with RCRA, DOT, and OSHA compliance regulations.
• Analyze facility budgets, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and identify cost reductions and program improvements.
• Act as a liaison and representative to internal and external customers.
• Handle and transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials per USEPA and DOT regulations.
• Supervise end-to-end process of jobs: quotes, scheduling, labor and equipment coordination, invoicing, and completion.
• Mentor and guide the growth of the department.
• Build relationships with customers, sales, Lab Pack & Transportation, and facilities.
• Maintain a clean safety track record and promote safe practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
