Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps customer needs. The role focuses on field demonstrations, network design goals, and coordinating with engineering and business teams for field trials and product roadmaps.

The position requires up to 50% travel for tests and customer meetings, with a 100% remote option depending on location, and a SECRET-level clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in relevant technical/defence roles.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate technical capabilities and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across expeditionary environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to plan configurations and field trials.
• Assist in translating Marine Corps requirements into product roadmap inputs and demonstrations.
• Support engagements with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems and naval warfare centers.
