Job summary

Persona is seeking a Field Product Engineer in San Francisco to bridge technical work and customer relationships, leveraging your background to address complex business challenges on Persona's platform.

You will partner directly with customers, own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, support implementations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn feedback into concrete improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Curiosity to learn the ins and outs of a highly technical product.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to understand goals, requirements, and constraints to design and implement solutions using Persona's platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery including solution design, configuration, integration, QA, deployment and iteration.
• Support implementations and ongoing optimization including launch and improvement of verification experiences and workflows.
• Investigate and explain complex technical issues with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers and gather actionable feedback.
