Job summary

Product Pulse is hiring Customer Solutions Engineers in San Francisco to drive technical implementations of our ERP and new products. You will spend your day talking to customers, leading onboarding for net-new clients, and shaping the product based on field feedback.

You’ll run deep customer conversations, translate workflows to product, and partner with the product team to propose features grounded in real customer behavior. This role is in-person in SF.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of customer-facing technical experience (solutions engineering, implementation, or comparable).
• Strong technical fluency: can read API documentation, understand integrations, and translate technical concepts for non-technical customers.
• Excellent communication: comfortable leading customer conversations and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• High agency operator who can navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
• SF in-person, 5 days a week (no remote option for this role)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations of our ERP product and newer products for net-new customers
• Manage a book of customers from onboarding through go-live, reducing time-to-value
• Run deep customer conversations daily to understand workflows, surface issues, and translate them to product
• Partner with the product team to propose new features grounded in real customer behavior
• Build and improve onboarding processes to scale the team as we grow
