Job summary

Persona is seeking a Field Product Engineer to bridge technical delivery and customer success from day one. You’ll design and implement solutions on Persona’s platform, guiding customers through decisions and trade-offs while coordinating with product and engineering teams.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, drive deployments, and help optimize verification experiences for a diverse set of customers, from startups to large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical role aiming to build customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Curious to learn the ins and outs of a highly technical product.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts.
• Eager to grow professionally alongside industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to understand goals, requirements, and constraints and design solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery including solution design, configuration, integration, QA, deployment and iteration.
• Support implementations and ongoing optimization of verification workflows and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers and provide actionable feedback.
