Job summary

Snowplow Analytics Limited is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Applied AI team. You will embed with one business function at a time, map current workflows, and engineer agentic solutions that run recurring tasks.

You’ll ensure the agent pattern scales across functions, while maintaining human oversight and a clear handoff to platform engineers. You should be comfortable in unfamiliar codebases, fluent in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and have experience bringing AI-driven workflows

Qualifications

• Ships real software in someone else’s stack and is productive in unfamiliar codebases quickly.
• Experience designing agents or agentic workflows that run real work with prompts and evaluation.
• Comfortable working with AI-native workflows and closing gaps between demos and production use.

Responsibilities

• Map how work runs today by embedding with function leaders and workers.
• Design and build agentic workflows on Snowplow's shared factory framework.
• Define approval gates and run-time patterns for agents and human oversight.
• Handoff workflows to embedded engineers and platform teams for long-term operation.
