Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions Partner who will directly collaborate with business teams to design and deliver high-value workflow, automation, data, and AI solutions in real operating environments.

You will translate business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows, build integrations across enterprise systems, and guide projects from discovery to rollout while focusing on adoption, value, and reliability. Some travel to offices or client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience delivering technical solutions in workflow automation, systems integration, or related roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into working solutions across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs with stakeholders and translate into workflow, automation, integration, and AI solutions.
• Build and deploy end-to-end solutions using low-code, no-code, and code-based tools across enterprise systems.
• Own delivery from discovery through rollout, including design, testing, and documentation.
• Create reusable templates, connectors, and best practices for team-wide reuse.
• Support customer-facing deployments when needed.
