Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergencies and upgrades.
• Installs, diagnoses, repairs and supports equipment at customer sites.
• Leads small to moderate projects at customer sites as needed.
• Provides technical support and training to customers on system equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
