Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician II – Field Operations to support on-site maintenance in the Forrest City, Arkansas area. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of the PV system, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems, with emphasis on electrical safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electrical maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in electrical trade or equivalent maintenance.
• Solar installation/maintenance experience highly desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License; OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS must be obtained within 4 weeks of employment.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all facilities, PV system, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled, across the same systems.
• Respond to emergency dispatches for critical systems.
• Log work in the CMMS platform.
• Conduct electrical testing with IV Curve Tracers, Power Quality Meters, and other tools.
• Assist with field investigations for predictive analytics and root cause analysis.
• Provide site access to contractors and assist with additional site tasks as directed.
• Attend internal/external training sessions.
