Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician II – Field Operations to join our on-site teams across Georgia locations including Hazlehurst, Jesup, Vidalia, Waycross, and Douglas. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE systems, ensuring reliable energy delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electrical maintenance or multicraft maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and capable communication skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
3+ years of experience in electrical trade or maintenance.
Valid Driver’s License required; OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS within 4 weeks.
Experience with MV/HV systems and industrial electrical work is desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
Perform corrective maintenance, both scheduled and unscheduled, on the same systems.
Respond to emergency dispatches for critical systems as directed.
Log all work in the CMMS platform and assist with field investigations.
Provide site access to third-party contractors and assist with other site tasks as directed.
Attend internal and external training sessions and communicate effectively with the team.
