Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Superintendent to lead field operations on client projects nationwide, with the first assignment in northeast Ohio. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities include contract administration, drawing conformance, progress reporting, and coordination with project teams. This role requires decisive leadership and travel flexibility across project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintains project schedule and escalates delays when needed.
• Writes Daily/Quality Inspection Reports for record-keeping.
• Takes progress photographs and prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures latest design drawing revisions are used on site.
• May assist Project Construction Manager on projects.
